Ermou Restaurant, W1

Located just moments from Selfridges and off Oxford Street, within the vibrant St Christopher’s Place estate, Taverna Ermou occupies a prominent West End position among some of London’s most established restaurant destinations.

Crama acted as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer, delivering Stage 4 architectural design, detailed shop drawings and bespoke joinery fabrication. The interior concept, developed by Ergon Atelier, the in-house design studio of Ergon Foods, draws inspiration from the character of an old Athenian taverna.

The scheme combines traditional marble flooring, textured plaster walls and expressed timber ceilings, creating a warm, authentic Mediterranean atmosphere carefully crafted within a contemporary London setting.
