Originally a three-storey terraced townhouse at 8 Strutton Ground, presumed to date from the late Georgian period (1800-1837). We secured planning permission to add an extra floor in the form of a mansard roof and extended the first and second storeys to the rear. Our comprehensive work included substantial structural alterations to improve the building’s condition and meticulous restoration of its façade.
